How to Register with USA Diving

1.  Go to www.usadiving.org

2.  Click "Membership" link

3.  Click "Join USA Diving"

4.  Select "Future Champion Athlete Membership" ($25 charge to join -- benefits include secondary accident insurance, right to compete in USA Diving meets, quarterly Inside USA Diving magazine)

5.  Select "Hawaii" for the Local Diving Association in which you reside.

6.  Select Tropic Lightning Diving Team for the club with which you are associated.

7.  Fill out fields for Membership Information.

8.  Read Waiver and Release of Liability, and check "I Agree," then submit the application.

    a.  Download, complete, and return the Waiver Form:  

9.  Complete Payment Information, and click "Join."
