Driving Directions to Central Oahu Regional Park Veteran's Memorial Pool: Take the Kamehameha Highway or the H2 to Ka Uka (you know, the road that Costco in on! Exit either direction from the freeway). Head West (AWAY from Honolulu) on Ka Uka. Ka Uka will dead end at the parking lot for the Central Oahu Regional Park. Follow the convoluted driveway in and look to your right -- you'll see the pool :)
Driving Directions to Richardson Pool: Take the H1 to the H2. H2 ends and becomes a Highway. Take your first left at Kunia and head PAST the Foote Gate to the Lyman Gate (second gate on the right). Stop at the kiosk and inform the guards/police officers that you are going to a diving practice at the Richardson Pool. They will ask for ID and possibly your registration and insurance information. Follow Lyman for about a mile to Humphreys. Turn right on Humphreys to Kolekole. Left on Kolekole to Cadet Sheridan. Right on Cadet Sheridan to the pool parking lot on the right (if lot is full, go back to Kolekole and make a left -- another parking lot is available on the right side of the street). Driving Directions to the Hawaii Center for the Deaf and the Blind (site of our Trampoline/Spotting Rig): Take the H1 to the King Street Exit. Follow the exit Diamondhead past the Market City Shopping Center (you'll see Foodland) and make a right at Kapahulu (the intersection directly UNDER the Freeway). Follow Kapahulu up about a mile and a half to Kanaina Street (you'll see Rainbow Drive-Inn and Harpo's Pizza on the left). Turn left onto Kanaina and go about 1/4 mile -- you'll see the school on the right. Park and come into the quad area -- you can't miss the trampoline and spotting rig! Driving Directions to Kaiser High School Satellite Pool: Take the H1 and keep on it as it turns into Kalani'ana'ole Highway. Follow down about 8 miles to Lunalilo Home Road (you'll see the Koko Marina Shopping Center on the left, and yet another Foodland!). Turn left onto Lunallilo Home Road and drive about a mile until you see Kaiser High School on the right. Turn into the parking lot and drive up near the top. Driving Directions to UH Manoa's Duke Kahanamoku Aquatics Facility (where we train tower and have practice meets): Take the H1 to the University Exit. Head mauka to Dole Street and turn right. Take your first right onto the lower campus athletic facilities and drive to the kiosk. Pay for parking and park in the structure. Driving Directions to UH Manoa's Duke Kahanamoku Aquatics Facility (for cheapskates like coach Jeff): Take the H1 from town to Bingham Exit. Follow Bingham until it curves around and you see a Burger King. Just before the Burger King is Coyne Street. Turn left onto Coyne and follow to University Avenue. Turn left, then make your immediate right (street name unknown). Follow street with name unknown to coach Jeff until it ends at an intersection. Take a left you'll soon notice an entrance to the athletic areas of campus. Look through all the side streets for free parking, then walk to the pool.
